– (1) The Vice President shall be the Executive Head of the Fund and he shall conduct the operations of the Fund under the direction of the President.
(2) Apart from what is written in sub-section (1), the other duties, duties and rights of the Vice-President shall be as follows:-
(a) To give instructions to the Executive Director regarding the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Fund,
(b) Monitoring, evaluating and inspecting the programs run by the fund,
(c) To cause the annual report of the fund to be prepared on time,
(d) To cause other work to be done as prescribed for achieving the purpose of the fund.
